We research our extensive database of automotive professionals and network with industry experts to uncover the most suitable candidate for the role. We research and cold call to find both active and passive candidates. On average, we interview and screen over 200 individuals a month.

DATABASE SEARCH
We start our process by using our database of over 20,000 candidates to start filtering based on your
requirements.

INTERVIEW
Interviewing a candidate can take anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour. We spend that time with 20-30 people while asking the tough questions to find you what you're looking for.

PRE-QUALIFY CALLS
A simple phone call can remove dozens of unqualified or uninterested candidates. Typically this will include 30-50 candidates from our database or heathunting research.

REFERENCE CHECKS
We conduct a reference check before sending a candidate to you
and two more after your interview with them. A quality reference can
make all the difference.

PSYCHOMETRIC
TESTING
Using cutting-edge evaluations, we can give you a report on a candidate's personality, sales ability, and their IQ.

CANDIDATE
SUMMARY
If we feel we have a qualified candidate, we pull all our files and experiences together and deliver a report to you on a
per candidate basis. You will typically see between 3-5 of these.
