Jordan Rees is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Auto Careers Group. After attending Georgian College’s Canadian Automotive Institute (Now Automotive Business School of Canada), Jordan joined the retail world where he excelled in sales, training and management.
In 2012 Jordan joined Auto Careers Group with a mission to provide better talent to great opportunities. Joining the team in Toronto and quickly becoming the top recruiter in Canada, Jordan was asked to open a new location in Calgary and take over the Vancouver office at the same time. Successfully starting an office from scratch and simultaneously growing the Vancouver office, Jordan was asked by then ownership, to return to Toronto as the Chief Operating Officer overseeing the 3 offices as well as the acquisition of another recruiting firm to bring into ACG.
In 2021 Jordan completed the acquisition of the balance of shares and to this day oversees the Canadian operation and USA expansion.
Jordan has developed many strong relationships with dealers, and suppliers in the industry, as well as built the largest automotive database of candidates in North America. Jordan’s network reaches every corner of North America. Armed with a business and finance management degree and holds the RPA designation, Paul has been in the operational and financial industry for over 21 years, serving in C-Level and Director roles in automotive, manufacturing, and the healthcare sector. Paul has a proven track record of attaining corporate mandates, and leading the day to day operational and financial management of many successful companies. During his tenure, Paul managed budgets up to $200M.

From his extensive experience, Paul has specialized in operational growth strategies and execution, financial analysis and planning, business valuations, futureproofing business performance and its assets. His proven expertise has allowed him to quickly develop mitigating solutions to the risks businesses face today.

Outside of work, Paul enjoys spending time with his family, has a passion for classic cars, and getting his hands dirty under the hood. He is also an avid Star Wars fan.

Hi, My name is Peter Tsirlis. With over 25 years of experience in the tech industry, I am a seasoned IT developer and consultant with a passion for IT innovation, service and solutions.

In 1995, as an early adopter of the internet, I transitioned from a career in Sales to IT. During 1995 to 2000, I co-developed an online Social Activities network and an automotive insurance appraisal application.
​
From 2000 to 2007, I developed 2 Social networking sites, an online retailing portal, a CMS for the Logistics Industry as well as a web portal for a renowned motivational keynote speaker. In 2008, I was hired by Dealer Solutions Group (DSG), a premier consortium of automotive companies to develop a marketing web portal.

In 2010, I worked with one of the DSG subsidiaries, Auto Careers Group (ACG) and developed an earlier version of their recruitment site. In 2012, another subsidiary of DSG, RightFitPlus (RFP), contracted me to convert an old client based employment assessment program to a dynamic php web driven application. Since then, I have been managing both the ACG and RFP applications and expanded and developed additional components and features for the RFP application.
In 2021, Jordan Rees completed the acquisition of ACG and retained me to manage and support their IT infrastructure and future development.
