Jordan Rees is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Auto Careers Group. After attending Georgian College’s Canadian Automotive Institute (Now Automotive Business School of Canada), Jordan joined the retail world where he excelled in sales, training and management.
In 2012 Jordan joined Auto Careers Group with a mission to provide better talent to great opportunities. Joining the team in Toronto and quickly becoming the top recruiter in Canada, Jordan was asked to open a new location in Calgary and take over the Vancouver office at the same time. Successfully starting an office from scratch and simultaneously growing the Vancouver office, Jordan was asked by then ownership, to return to Toronto as the Chief Operating Officer overseeing the 3 offices as well as the acquisition of another recruiting firm to bring into ACG.
In 2021 Jordan completed the acquisition of the balance of shares and to this day oversees the Canadian operation and USA expansion.
Jordan has developed many strong relationships with dealers, and suppliers in the industry, as well as built the largest automotive database of candidates in North America. Jordan’s network reaches every corner of North America. Hello! My name is Justin Light and I'm the Director of Operations at Auto Careers Group. My role is to bring Jordan's vision to life by helping and growing the team and creating an infrastructure that will support it. I'm able to do this via by creating clear outcomes, transparency and accountability within the company.
I've been fortunate to play a role in growing some amazing companies but nothing holds a candle to Auto Careers Group. I'm thankful everyday for the opportunity to work with Jordan and each person on this phenomenal team.
Outside of Auto Careers Group, I have a beautiful family consisting of a wife son and daughter. I love spending time with them and being the best dad I can be. I love music and listen to music of almost all styles from many different countries. I enjoy soccer and have been a Liverpool fan since 2011.

I am the Recruitment Manager at Auto Careers Group. My role is people development. I have a strong passion for facilitation and helping others exceed their goals. A strong company starts with their people and I’m here to lay the foundation.
It has definitely been an exciting journey getting here! I started in retail banking and after 7 years, I needed a change. Automotive was the unique and colourful world I was looking for. I’ve had multiple roles in retail automotive and I’ve learned career journeys are not linear. We are constantly growing and learning new things about ourselves based on our experiences. I love learning about people’s career stories! I have a curious nature of how people came to be (Sociology major being put to good use). Auto Careers Group has been a perfect match for me! I’m here to help others achieve their career goals and take the next step in their career path.
I have recently learned the art of work/life balance. Balance has become the number one attribute of how I live my life in every aspect. I workout to support my love of food, I have both introvert and extrovert tendencies, and I look at the world with both creative and logical rose-coloured lenses. My Marvel superpower is being able to binge an entire tv series in a matter of days. I love to get lost on long walks, either exploring a new city or taking in nature and I’m fascinated by the mysteries of the universe.

Hi, my name is Daniella Nanfara. As an Account Executive at Auto Careers Group, my mission is about connection. I’m so lucky to be in this role and work for Auto Careers Group, as my day-to-day is spent developing long-lasting relationships and playing an impactful role in people’s lives. In or out of the office, I am always finding ways to connect with others.
When I am not working, I prioritize spending time with my family, friends and loved ones, leading a healthy lifestyle and using my creative drive to connect with others through fashion. I love getting dressed up on a Friday night and heading to an exciting new restaurant in Toronto to try new experiences or a long Sunday afternoon walk.

My credentials and background include holding a CSP w/Distinction (Certified Sales Professional) from the Canadian Professional Sales Association, a Certification in Adult Facilitation & Instruction, many years of retail and supplier experience, as a Sales Professional, Financial Services Manager, Sales Management/Leadership, Territory Manager, and Lead Sales Performance Coach (across Canada).
With my extensive background I am passionate about making a positive difference for our industry and for Auto Careers Groups valuable clients.
I have been married for 45 years and have two exceptional Son’s , Ryan & Shawn, both well on their way to carve out their own careers.
Personally, I love photography, Golf, power walks/hiking, so I am a Spring, Summer, and Fall aficionado. I am an avid Non-Fiction book & audiobook reader/ listener. I survived the 70’s but still love the music and groups from that era.
I’m an Account Executive with one purpose in mind – to create long lasting, healthy employment relations between client and candidate.
We all have our strengths and weaknesses, our strong attributes and areas of improvements, our moments to shine and moments where we need to step aside and let others show their light. Well for me, my passion has always been impowering others. I read a quote once that said “Leadership is not about being the best, leadership is about making everyone else better” and those 14 words hold more power than most realize and it’s a motto I try to live by both personally and professionally.
I’m easy going, passionate and always down for random adventures, I love exploring new towns and trails, I enjoy freelance writing in my spare time and hanging out with my family. Throughout my time in the automotive industry I have specialized in not only Training and Development but in Subprime financing. When you have a passion for being that trusted Advisor, when your sole purpose is to get your customer into a vehicle that will not only benefit themselves and their family but also build their credit at the same point, the gratification they exhibit towards you is a high like no other.
